Tee Ball Party

We had a end of season Tee Ball water party at our house. We had pizza and rootbeer floats. The boys had a blast playing on the slip n' slide and shooting each other with their water guns. The team gave Matt Bees Baseball tickets and cracker jacks for being their coach. Matt made each boy a certificate for their hard work during the season. Matt was so good with the boys and he even says he misses coaching.

Grandma Bobbi's visits us!

Grandma Bobbi, Fred and my brother Corey came to visit us in Utah. The kids had so much showing off. We had a nice dinner at the Mayan and enjoyed some good shopping at the Gateway mall. We enjoyed your visit. We hope to see you more often.

Corey was the favorite. Carter and Ashlynn just couldn't get enough of him. They were always jumping or holding on to him. I'll understand if you don't want to come back.

Thanks for the movies...Carter has watched Mircle dogs several times since you left and they also love their new sandals. Thanks again for the fun time! We miss and love you!

Summer Fun & Old Friends

This past weekend we got to spend time with the Ross'. The kids just picked up where they left off. You would have never known that they haven't seen each other for a almost a year. It is just so amazing how our families have grown. I still remember when we were building our first houses 8 years ago at the same time, with the same builder and in the good old Moonridge subdivision and who would of known that we would have become such good friends. Thanks for the great time and we hope to see you soon!

Say..Cheesecake Factory

We had the privilege of going to lunch/dinner to celebrate Jessica's 17th birthday (Carter and Ashlynn's cousin). We had a 1 hour and 15 minute wait, but in the end it was well worth it. We ate so much food and believe or not we had room for dessert. We had three desserts and I thought there is no way we can finish all of them. Hold be known that every last bite of them were gone. So yummy! (take note of Matt's funny face.)

Matt's Birthday

Matt's birthday included all of his favorite things to eat. We had Kabobs on the grill. We had so much food to cook that we had to get his brothers grill. Good thing they only live a house down from us. Also, as always we had Matt's favorite cake...german chocolate...mmm so good.

He is really 31 not 3. Nice try Matt! I had told the bakery to not put any frosting with die in it. Apparently, Matt can taste the die in some foods. So what happened...they put the worst color with the most die...red. This is just Matt's luck. It was still good. What a fun evening!
